The Appointment
Through an initial personal consultation at your home, we will identify your fashion goals. Are you looking for a more casual look, a business look, an evening look, or an overall fashion overhaul? Are you simply looking for some guidance as to what flatters your figure? We can sit down and identify all these areas, and I can answer any questions you may have. I will have paperwork for you to fill out regarding the size you think you are, the lifestyle you lead, the types of activities you do and the overall look you are going for. After that, we can arrange a time to actually commence shopping!
Pricing Structure
In-Home Consultation: $150.00
Includes: review of current wardrobe, visit time up to 3 hours; discussion of fashion goals; fill out client profile; set up shopping date; (must accompany client on first shopping trip of their choice)
Shopping: $75.00/hr.
I prefer an hourly rate to a commission based structure because I don’t like the client feeling that the cost of the clothing is an issue for me. If client prefers, we can use my car with a higher rate of $100/hour.
After we’ve established a rapport, I will also shop at the client’s request For example: you need a black cocktail dress. I already know your size from previous shops and your likes/dislikes from your computerized profile, and I know the stores that have flattering clothing for you. You don’t have to go through hassle of trying things on, or getting out of work early. I can pick up a couple of things, let you try them on at home, and return them the next day. The hourly rate of $35/hr would apply.
